Lee Walton is a joint creator and Director at ERMCO with a focus on delivering Fire Safety Management training to the business sector and promoting business continuity from a fire incident.
Lee has over 30 years of experience in the fire and rescue and armed forces sector in managing and leading teams.
He has led operational teams in the resolution of large scale incidents as well as the day to day running of fire service operations and departments. His operational experience not only includes fire but road traffic, aviation and multi agency incidents.
Most recently Lee delivered and managed special operations within the Fire Rescue Service ensuring service capability to a range of non standard operational incidents including technical rescue, multi agency incidents, aviation and CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear).
During his time in the fire and rescue service Lee has accumulated many qualifications including PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) now RQF, TAQA (Training Assessment and Quality Assurance), NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety), IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health).
Lee now leads the training team in ERMCO working alongside the other directors in ensuring Fire Safety Management in the commercial sector.
